1.Mechanism Composition

The crane has a lifting winch system that uses both a primary and an auxiliary winch. The system employs a dependable hydraulic motor and is capable of managing large loads with accuracy. Additionally, the crane has a luffing jib function, which increases its adaptability in lifting activities.

2.Slewing and Stability

The XLC150 has a high-quality slewing bearing for smooth and controlled rotating motions. This capability is critical for precise placement of large loads and considerably improves the crane's operational safety and efficiency.  

3.Frame and Crawler Unit  

The XLC150 chassis is based on a box-type radial construction, which offers the required stiffness and lifespan. The crawler unit has dual track rolls and a track frame that provide good grip and stability, allowing the crane to work successfully on rough terrain.  

4.Electric and Engine Systems

The crane is driven by a turbocharged, water-cooled diesel engine that meets EURO III emissions regulations, delivering both high performance and environmental compliance. The electrical system consists of both standard electrical controls and a PLC monitoring system, which allows for more efficient operation and troubleshooting.
